Dallas got out to the dog park and for a morning run. He tried to play with a few dogs at the park but got a little too excited and scared then away haha. Goon had a great day with us home with her most of the day.
Some pictures from the dog park yesterday. There was a chocolate puppy that loved Dallas and he wanted nothing to do with her.
Goon is more than happy we are finally home and we are already playing fetch. We had the prettiest drive hone starting in the high desert and then onto mt hood in the woods. Dallas was content leaving and coming back to our house.
Last day in bend. We started the day with a hike in the canyon but saw two snakes so turned around. The dogs were hot and tired from the short distance we hiked and slept for a few hours while we went into downtown bend. We walked through town, visited a brewery for lunch and then came back to hang out with the dogs. We found a huge Jerusalem cricket in the yard which was huge and did some research and found a whole bunch of other creatures that live in this desert region so we will see how well we can sleep tonight. We went for an evening walk in the back field and Dallas and suka took off after a rabbit and got in trouble for going through yards and on the road. Now we are settled in and Dallas and I are ready to go home to goon tomorrow morning.
Bend is gorgeous. There is a river going through the middle of town. Very outdoorsy town. There was a small dog park and then a dog area to get in the water.
Also some pictures of the pathway behind the house. The dogs had such a goof time running around chasing deer and rabbit scents.
Unpacking from the run weekend and repacking for bend Oregon. Dallas will be coming along for the trip and goon will have the pet sitter watch her again. After this trip I will be home for awhile to spend time with my monsters.
Dustin sent flowers for the race and goon helped me pack everything. I think she is secretly trying to sneak into a bag to go along.
I got home from the pet store and put the bag on the ground while on the phone. Dallas sorted through the bag and grabbed the bone he wanted and went to the loving room to chomp on it. Such a brat but cute.
Getting up and around slowly this morning and looking forward to seeing my monsters!!! Received a message from the pet sitter that Luna is doing well and Dallas and Bella are having fun hanging out......
Now home with the monsters and sooo happy. Went to pick up monster and he was soo excited to see me. And Bella was too haha she was super cute. And Doug who watched then said well I tried to hide them off bc they were playing in the yard and so hot..but Dallas does not like to be hosed off haha. So he was cool and wet but not happy. Oh monster is such a baby. Monster was soooo excited to see gooner when we got home. He danced all around her and out his whole mouth around her haha it was cute.
