East Yellowstone national park

Yellowstone national park day two. This time we explored the east side of the park. We started with snow and then worked our way to meadows with buffalo everywhere, to wooded, to burned sections which had not yet sprung new trees. We saw a mom black bear and two of her three Cubs, a brown bear in the woods, elk, deer, a marmot, and buffalo. We went to the Yellowstone Grand Canyon and because of the rain and storm got some amazing pictures that don't even look real. Gorgeous waterfalls all up and down the canyon! Yellowstone lake was near the end of our trip and we had a thunder storm roll through as we were finishing the muddy sulfur guysers. Dallas played hard and long yesterday at the ranch and again this morning so he was exhausted and was happy to sleep in the car while we took quick stops along the way.
Tomorrow we are back to the Montana ranch for some good food and to pack up. Thursday and Friday we will head to west Yellowstone a town outside of the west Yellowstone entrance to the park to explore the cute town and then do some work.
