Long weekend

The animals got to hang out with Dustin this weekend while I worked a long briefest weekend followed by watching some sick kiddos.

Windy day

Branches down, trees uprooted, windy weather! The wind gusts are around 60-75 mph and blowing things over.
Our work tent I'd being held down by heavy blocks and we have to now set up from 9-1pm tonight after the wind dies down, otherwise we would be setting up just to chase everything down and replace broken things. So I went to work at 9 am and left to sleep during the wind storm so I can return tonight. The animals were happy to have someone home during the day and snuggled in bed.

Bella's last night

Bella goes home in the morning and dallas goes to stay with Conan his mom Liz and the baby Jude. They live a block away and she will be home all day so he can have access to inside and outside and the couch.

Monster was not getting the attention he wanted so he felt it was necessary to grab a stocking from under the tree to lick and bite.

Another day

After a really wet run we came in to dry off. The dogs napped and I went to run errands. Dustin got stuck in the same cold rain and had to continue working in his soggy clothes.
Bella had fun playing wall ball with Dustin when he got home and feels right at home with monster and goon.

Bella is back

Bells had a rough day yesterday being carted around as her mom was out of town and I was working all day. She finally made it to the Hoffman house and was soo excited to see monster and goon.
I am fully enjoying the house to myself...including goon, Dallas and bella and watching shows, putting more movies on my watchlist, doing some laundry, making lists...ahh a day off and alone in the house is like gold today!
Dustin is off for another day of work and is amazed by the normal life commute to and from and the long work days followed by household tasks waiting and being pushed back.

Busy week

As usual another busy weekend spilling into the week.
Dustin started work yesterday and is thrown into the fast paced life of working a 9-5 and forging through traffic daily.
I worked the hot buttered run Saturday and Sunday in the windy and 30 degree weather followed by two days with the kids and puppy.
