Dallas came with me to the Yosemite half marathon to work. He doesn't mind traveling because we get out for so many walks and he gets to smell new animals everywhere we got and mark his new territory. Plus he has Bella with him who just loves him! We drove down in two days and stayed in the airstream. Day one of the event was a lot warmer than expected and the drought has taken a toll on the land. It is pure dust and dirt everywhere so not ideal for the pups. But Dallas got a few small hikes throughout the day and was content. Today we worked in the morning and headed to a short hike in the park. Tomorrow we head home taking a scenic drive and will see one of the sequoia groves. Then onward to Dustin and Gooner.
